How Large of a Backpack?
Looking through packs, there are a large variety of sizes.
What is the ideal pack size, in cubic inches, for a Philmont Trek? Somewhere between too small and too large lies the perfect size.
Enlighten me please.

If you go with Liters you need at least 70 if cubic inches 4800. For example I have an OSPREY Aether 70 liter internal frame, while one of my son's has a KELTY Tioga 5000 which is 5000 cubic inches.
